CCHS Unveils 2025 Senior T-Shirts
Charlotte Catholic Seniors received the much anticipated senior t-shirt in their homerooms on Friday, October 11. Student’s voted on the shirt in September with a Google Form. The winner, Design #12, featured the phrase “Enjoy Senior Class 2025” in the classic Coca-Cola font on the front and two bottles of cola with the Charlotte Catholic logo on the back.
The shirt’s designer, senior Abby Mcormick, commented that she was “excited to design the shirt because [she] has a passion for graphic design” and hopes to study it in college. Abby shared that she “wanted something cute to remember her last year at Charlotte Catholic,” which inspired her to create the shirt.
Seniors are pleased with the final product, with several sharing their love of the design. However, some students also felt that the sizing of the shirts was off, finding their size small shirts too large. To remedy the issue, some senior girls have opted to alter the shirts to fit better. Senior Annabel Duross cut and hemmed her shirt so it would fit appropriately, sharing how “the process was pretty easy, and [she] thinks it turned out well.”
When asked her opinion on the results of the design, Abby said “I do wish it were gray or cream instead of white, but I absolutely love how the logo looks on it!”
In accordance with the student handbook and dress code, seniors are permitted to wear jeans or uniform style pants on Fridays with either the official 2025 senior t-shirt or a college shirt or sweatshirt.
