Advisor
Mr. Smith has been the advisor to the CCHS Chronicle and the Journalism teacher since 2001. In his free time, Mr. Smith enjoys golfing and reading literature.

Mary Pat Kolenik is a senior, and this is her third year in journalism. She is the president of the Ronald McDonald House Club. She enjoys baking and reading in her free time.

Annie Duncan is a senior at Charlotte Catholic. It is her first year in Journalism. Outside of school, she loves hanging out with her friends

John Wielechowski is a junior at Charlotte Catholic. He plays lacrosse for the Cougars. He loves hanging out with his friends, playing with his dog, and going to the beach over the summer.

Erik Vazquez-Kew is a junior at Charlotte Catholic. He dances for Charlotte Ballet and plays AAU Basketball with Pro Skills. Erik enjoys playing guitar in his free time.

Gray Farrar is a senior at Charlotte Catholic. He is a skillful debater. Gray has participated in theater for all 4 years of high school, and has had standout roles as Kurt von Trapp in 2022’s Sound of Music, Richard in 2024’s Scrooge and Marley, and Tye in 2025’s Stages.
